Patricia Ann (Kranz, Folven) Henderson, 57, of Lake Mills died peacefully Wednesday evening surrounded by her loving family at the Lake Mills Care Center.

A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Mittelstadt Funeral Home, 902 East Main Street in Lake Mills, with the Rev. Daphne Hamborg officiating. Inurnment will be at Bear Lake Concordia Cemetery in rural Albert Lea.

Visitation with her family will be from 1 p.m. until service time on Tuesday.

Patricia Ann (Kranz, Folven) Henderson was born on Sept. 28, 1957, in Brainerd, the daughter of Gordon and Lorraine (Mikkelson) Kranz.

Patty was a devoted, loving mother and grandmother, whose family and friends meant the world to her. She worked as a CNA at the Lake Mills Care Center for 20 years, where serving others was a huge part of who she was. She enjoyed spending time doing word search puzzles, baking friendship and Amish bread, and always looked forward to drinking coffee with her best friend, Caron.

Patty is survived by her children Lance Henderson of Albert Lea, Jessica (Junior) Davis of Joaquin, Texas, and Michael (Molly McDonald) Henderson of Emmons; sister, Lori Folven Carillo, of Lake Mills; brothers Ray (Pam) Folven and Merle Folven, both of Emmons; grandchildren Kayla Jones, Courtney Davis, Dakota Davis, Logan Henderson and Kaydence Henderson; niece, Samantha Dolsen; nephews Jonathan Folven, Nathanial Folven, Jimmie Jr. Underwood and Jamie Underwood; two great-nieces, Lehla Dolsen and Gracie Folven; and a special friend, Ronald Lang, of Northwood.

She was preceded by her parents Merlin and Lorraine Folven and brother, Randy Folven, in 1990.
