It’s that time of year again. With spring officially underway, the Albert Lea Tribune is gearing up for its annual Summer Times special section, which highlights all of the festivals, events and other recreational opportunities in the area during the summer.

In the past, this has included everything from Eddie Cochran Days to the Third of July Parade to the Freeborn County Fair, and everything in between.

We look forward to highlighting some of the long-standing events in this community, and we also hope to feature any new activities happening.

Summer Times provides a piece that readers can turn to throughout the summer for an idea of what’s going on in the area.
