Dayton appoints A.L. woman

Gov. Mark Dayton announced appointments to the board of examiners for nursing home administrators, board of pharmacy, board of psychology, Explore Minnesota tourism council, Minnesota Humanities Center board of directors and the Ombudsman Committee for Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities on Tuesday.

Among those assigned a position was Katie Davis of Albert Lea who was appointed to the board of examiners for nursing home administrators as a proprietary nursing home administrator. Her term is effective until Jan. 7, 2019. She replaced Thomas Pollock.
