When I chose to have our motor home rally in Albert Lea I contacted the Albert Lea Convention and Visitors Bureau. Verlaine sent me a packet of information on campgrounds, tours and places to eat.

I chose Hickory Hills Campground. Bill and Kay Resk were wonderful to work with. Very clean and neat facilities. We ate our catered meals and played games in the club house.

Verlaine and Sharon helped set up our tours with Granicrete Minnesota, Lou-Rich Manufacturing, Alamco and the Albert Lea Tribune. All were excellent choices and very gracious.

We had lunches at Green Lea and Wedgewood golf clubs, again excellent choices.

We had our dinners catered by Hy-Vee grocery. The staff and food was excellent.

Special thanks to Sharon Brua and Verlaine Williams for going above and beyond to make our stay in Albert Lea a great experience and to you, Crystal, for taking time to take our picture and put it into print.
