FREEPORT — A baby giraffe is set to make his official debut at a central Minnesota zoo.

According to reports the male giraffe’s debut is scheduled for today at Hemker Park & Zoo in Freeport.

The giraffe was born in September, and zoo staffers are expected to announce his name at a June 19 fundraiser.
