The Myrtle 4-H Club remodeled the counter space by the bathrooms in the Jan Reed Arena at the Freeborn County Fairgrounds. The old counter, shelving units and countertops were replaced. The 4H club members, along with the help of their parents, made new counters and shelving units and painted them. They also replaced the old countertops with new laminate countertops created and donated by Dras Cases out of Lake Mills. Other supplies we needed to complete the project were purchased by a grant from Thirvent Financial and Freeborn-Mower Operation Round Up. - Provided
