Albert Lea snags silver, heads to state

The Albert Lea 11AA baseball team took second place last Sunday at the South Central League end-of-season tournament at St. Clair. Albert Lea entered the tournament with a 12-1 record and won tournament games against Waseca and Wells before falling against Maple River in the championship. From Friday until today, the team will be competing at the state baseball tournament in Mankato. Front row from left are Cameron Davis, Nic Olson, Carson Knutson, Max Hacker and Max Edwin.
