Iowa man led high-speed car chase into Minnesota

OSAGE, Iowa — Police said an Iowa man has been arrested after leading authorities on a car chase into Minnesota that reached speeds of up to 130 mph.
The Osage Police Department said 24-year-old Brandon Anderson of St. Ansgar was arrested after he failed to follow instructions for a traffic stop Tuesday night in Mitchell County in northern Iowa.
Anderson is accused of leading officers on a high-speed chase that went into Mower County in nearby Minnesota. Spike strips were deployed to stop his car.
Anderson was arrested without incident. He faces several traffic violations, including eluding law enforcement and driving under suspension. He is suspected of drunken driving and is being held at the county jail in Minnesota.
Court records do not list an attorney.
