MINNEAPOLIS — Xcel Energy said crews have restored power to nearly all its customers who were in the dark after storms swept through the Twin Cities metro area over the weekend.
As of Monday morning, just 400 customers were still without power.
At the outage’s peak, about 250,000 Xcel Energy customers in Minnesota and western Wisconsin didn’t have power.
About 750 workers have been working as part of the effort to get power restored.
