Let’s be clear about this program. The Minnesota medical marijuana program is a state sponsored felony — a failure of an experiment. The Minnesota Legislature sanctions corporate production of a schedule 1 substance, while denying access to responsible adults, when there’s worldwide evidence of the benefits of a non-toxic option, which is safer than almost every single drug on the market. Big corporations profit, while the rest of us face severe penalties.

All who stand in support are culpable at the federal level.
