The Children’s Center recognized

The week of Aug.1 through Aug. 7 was World Breastfeeding Week. All around the world, breastfeeding advocates are teaming together to promote and support breastfeeding families, according to a press release. The focus for World Breastfeeding Week this year is supporting breastfeeding women who are going back to work. The Freeborn County Breastfeeding Coalition is pleased to honor The Children’s Center as being a Breastfeeding Friendly Worksite for 2015. Celebrating the recognition in The Children’s Center’s mommy and me room are coalition member Cindy Gaudian; The Children’s Center Director Kim Nelson; coalition member Cheryl Lonning; and SHIP coordinator Alice Englin. - Provided
