Two juveniles charged
Two juveniles were charged with eight counts of misdemeanor tampering with a motor vehicle, one count of felony theft, five counts of fourth-degree misdemeanor criminal damage to property, and three counts of third-degree criminal damage at 1:56 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Hill Street and School Street in Conger. A resident reported hearing a loud noise and saw two people dressed in dark clothing with flashlights walking toward School Street.
Back window reported shot out
A back window of a vehicle was report shot out at 112 S. Maple St. in Conger at 5:31 a.m. Tuesday.
A window was reported shot out by a BB gun at 11:46 a.m.Tuesday at 116 S. Maple St. in Conger.
Man held on assault and DWI
Nathaniel Ray Corley was held on second-degree assault and fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after he allegedly attacked his girlfriend and threw her out of a car early Wednesday at the intersection of Sunset Street and Minnesota Highway 13. The report was made at 3:27 a.m. Wednesday.
Woman arrested for warrant
Kendra Kay Mathiason was arrested on a local warrant for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated at 4:41 p.m. Wednesday at 411 Broadway in Albert Lea.
Driver nearly hits child
A driver allegedly nearly hit a child Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Marshall Street. The report was made at 3:27 p.m.
Employee theft reported
An employee theft was reported at 9:57 p.m. Wednesday from Dollar General in Albert Lea.
Gunshots reported
An anonymous report of someone hearing about eight gun shots was made at 2:39 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Margaretha Avenue and East 18th Street.
Bike stolen
A bike was reported stolen at 10:06 p.m. Tuesday at 1105 Bridge Ave. in Albert Lea.
