Walker would be a strong leader

Wisconsin was in rough shape before Scott Walker became governor. It faced a $3.6 billion deficit due to the Democrats budgeting practices and gimmicks. And property taxes increased 27 percent over the previous decade.
Gov. Walker made tough but prudent decisions to put the state’s fiscal house in order. The deficit was erased and budgets were balanced, without raising taxes. My property taxes have gone down every year Walker has been in office. Even the state’s rainy day fund is 165 times larger than when he took office. Not only that, but his signature piece of legislation has saved this state over $3 billion, while saving public sector jobs at the same time.
2014 was Wisconsin’s best year for private sector job growth in a decade. This state continues to move forward even though the national economy continues ever so slowly with an anemic 1 to 2 percent growth rate.
As much as Wisconsin needs Scott Walker, our country needs him more. “Hope and Change” is a failure. I am willing to loan our governor to America for eight years. We need a revival with a strong leader that is battle-tested, and that is Scott Walker.
