Blake and Clara Chapek recently won Albert Lea Parks and Recreation’s Passport to the Parks contest. Participants were asked to visit 15 or more city parks during the summer months and take their picture next to a distinguishing park feature. They then submitted the photos and were randomly drawn to win a fun basket. - Provided
