The Albert Lea boys’ and girls’ cross country teams competed Thursday at the Ev Berg Invitational at Brooktree Golf Course in Owatonna. Carson Goodell finished with a time of 16:29.6 to take fourth place in the 76-runner field. Jackson Goodell led the Tigers in third place with a time of 16:28.1. Albert Lea’s boys’ team took fifth place out of 11 teams. Albert Lea’s girls’ team was led by Quinn Petersen, who took 46th place in 21:34.2. The girls’ team finished 12th out of 12 teams.
