Amber Alert issued in Anoka County

An Amber Alert has been issued in the city of Ramsey in Anoka County.
According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, a non-custodial parent named Yusra Abumayaleh took her 15-month-old child who lives in the city of Ramsey from a daycare center.
The mother had recently lost custody of the child and had been acting in an irrational manner, threatening to commit suicide and cause harm to other people.
Both the mother and the child could be in danger.
The alert stated the woman has black hair, is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 217 pounds. She was last seen wearing a long-sleeved T-shirt with Anoka Brawlers 2008-2009 on it, along with black athletic pants, a black sweatshirt around her waist and running shoes.
They could be in a 2004 black Honda Civic with the license plate of 386HUJ.
