Gerry Hoeffner, president of Personnel Dynamics Consulting, was in Albert Lea on Wednesday to tour and meet with Innovance staff. Hoeffner manages the Best Places to Work program which is sponsored in southeast Minnesota by Workforce Development Inc. Hoeffner is pictured with Steve Tufte, CFO and general manager of Innovance.
