Derric Joseph Alm-Morgan, 22, turned himself in on a warrant at 4:24 p.m. Thursday at the Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

 

3 arrested on warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Joel Kenneth Bearfield, 30, on a Mower County warrant at 1:52 a.m. Friday at the intersection of St. Peter Avenue and Marshall Street.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Gatluak Chuol Malek, 37, on a local warrant for violating conditions of release at 12:06 p.m. Thursday at the Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

Deputies arrested Amanda Lee Westcott, 22, on a warrant for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated at 3:23 a.m. Friday at the Law Enforcement Center.

 

Bike reported stolen

A Murray AT8 mountain bike was reported stolen at 9:31 p.m. Thursday at 2210 Gene Ave. The bike was reportedly last seen in the backyard of the residence Monday.

The suspect was identified as an African-American male, age 13 to 14, wearing light brown pants and a black jacket with a hoodie.

The bike is valued at $40.
