Albert Lea police arrested David Louis Wangen, 50, on a local warrant for aid and abet second-degree burglary, aid and abet third-degree burglary and receiving stolen property at 1:24 p.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway.

Police arrested Sylvia Pearl Cramer, 29, on a warrant from Washington County at 1:06 a.m. Sunday at 134 W. William St.
