Former Albert Lea cross country runner Caleb Troe is Concordia University’s Athlete of the Week, according to a press release.
Troe, a freshman at Concordia in St. Paul, set the Golden Bears’ school record for the 10K race at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships Saturday at Missouri State University in Joplin, Missouri.
