The women of First Lutheran invite the public to join them for Holidays Ahead from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in Bethany Hall at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. According to a press release, coffee with Scandinavian goodies will be available from 8 to 10 a.m. A luncheon will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Tables will be set up throughout Bethany Hall so visitors can shop for crafts, cookies and candy. Those who attend are also encouraged to shop at the Bake Shop and the Used-A-Bit Shop. Lefse will be on sale beginning at 8 a.m. until it is gone.  Proceeds of the event will benefit missionaries.
