The Obama administration has created law by executive order again. Now illegal targeting by the IRS is not a crime but just a managerial mistake with no penalty. I am sure it is just a temporary law though since if conservatives do the same thing it will become a major breach of the law again. Can you imagine a home-rental company manager making a managerial decision to not rent to a minority group. Would they call it a managerial mistake and issue no penalty? Just another proof of the old Democratic party saying, “When it comes to elections the ends justify the means.” They protect their own no matter what the law says.
