Keith Arends

Keith Allen Arends was born Feb. 2, 1958, in Austin, the son of Caroll and Donna (Meixner) Arends. He grew up in rural Glenville. He was baptized and confirmed at Round Prairie Lutheran Church. Keith graduated from Glenville High School in 1976. He worked for Bob Larson Construction in Albert Lea after graduation. However, the love of the desert drew him away from Minnesota to Arizona and he relocated to Tucson. After initially working construction, he worked 20 years at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum.

Keith was a gentle and kind man who was blessed with many friends. Keith was happiest exploring the Arizona deserts while hunting and camping.
