1 arrested on warrant

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies were notified that Winona County Sheriff’s Office had arrested Brandon Michael McKirgan, 21, on a Freeborn County warrant for no insurance at 1:31 p.m. Tuesday. Winona County was seeking to transfer McKirgan into the custody of the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office was notified that McKirgan is facing extradition on an Illinois warrant.
