Bob and Ginny Hill and Mitchell and Charmane Biggers, all of Cleveland, Georgia, announce the engagement of their children, Chelsea Hill and Dustin Biggers.

The bride is the granddaughter of Edna Hill of Austin. The groom is the grandson of Peggy and the late Daniel Biggers of Cleveland and Jerry and Mary Trammell of Dahlonega, Georgia.

The bride is a graduate of Albert Lea High School and Minnesota State University, Mankato where she received her degree in marketing with a minor in business administration. She is employed at Chattahoochee Stables.

The groom is a graduate of White County High School. He attended Toccoa Falls College and received his undergraduate in youth ministry, and his masters of divinity and masters in church leadership from Liberty University. He is employed at Restoration Point Church.

An April 9, 2016, wedding is planned at The Bridge Church in Cleveland.
