Lawrence Jr. and Karla Novak of Lonsdale, John McGinnis of Chaska and Kristin Bangert of Albert Lea announce the engagement of their children, Stacy Novak and Zachary McGinnis.

The bride is a graduate of Faribault High School and received her Bachelors of Science degree in nursing from Minnesota State University in Mankato. She is employed at the emergency room at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato.

The groom is a graduate of Albert Lea High School and Minnesota State University in Mankato. He is in the United States Marine Corps.

The bride is the granddaughter of Lawrence Sr. and Larna Novak of Lonsdale and Harold Seeley of Montgomery.

The groom is the grandson of LeRoy and Phyllis Meyer of DeGraff.

A Feb. 20, 2016, wedding is planned in Montgomery.
