Participants in the 49th annual Turkey Bowl stand for a photo Thursday after playing football at lower Abbott Field in Albert Lea. The game is a tradition for Albert Lea High School graduates from around the early ’70s. Three founding members of the event were Jim Nielson, Paul Wendorff and Rick Harves.
