Wagner compiles 1st double-double

Carlie Wagner, Shayne Mullaney and Rachel Banham recorded double-doubles to lead the Minnesota women’s basketball team to its fifth win of the season, according to a press release.

The Gophers beat Towson 105-86 Sunday at Williams Arena in Minneapolis.

Wagner had a career-high 27 points and 10 rebounds to earn her first career double-double.

Banham had a season-high 10 rebounds in her seventh career double-double.

Mullaney set new career highs in points (25) and rebounds (13).
