Assault reported

An assault was reported at 3:11 p.m. Monday at 608 S. Washington Ave. The incident allegedly occurred Saturday. No citations have been made. Police have identified a suspect and are looking for him.

 

Fraudulent charges reported

About $400 in fraudulent charges was reported on a credit card at 2:47 p.m. Monday at 902 E. 18th St.

A debit card was reported as having been used fraudulently at 3:52 p.m. Monday at 2302 Margaretha Ave. The transactions reportedly occurred in the Twin Cities.

An unauthorized use of a bank card was reported at 9:24 a.m. Monday at 75690 State Line Road, near Glenville.

 

Necklaces, rings missing

Three necklaces and two rings were reported missing at 3:49 p.m. Monday at 1201 Garfield Ave. There was reportedly no break-in.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Albert Lea police arrested Duane Edward Heitman, 44, on Anoka County warrants for gross misdemeanor domestic assault and theft at 4:58 p.m. Monday at 203 W. Clark St.
