Paraprofessionals Barb Olson and Nancy Sickels are just a couple of the paras who work with students in Albert Lea Public Schools. Gov. Mark Dayton has proclaimed Jan. 11- Jan. 15 as Paraprofessional Recognition Week. This week recognizes the contribution of the 20,000 paraprofessionals who provide services in multiple settings in Minnesota’s schools. -Provided
