Grandma’s Kitchen in Albert Lea was named a Blue Zones Restaurant last week after it completed necessary items on the Blue Zones Restaurant pledge. It joined four other Albert Lea restaurants in this designation. The restaurant fulfilled the pledge by expanding its children’s menu, offering half-size portions of top-selling entrees and offering a Blue Zones entree option featuring a plant-based protein.
