Q: What interests you about automobiles?

A: I have been fixing cars since I was 13 in my dad’s shop, Collins Auto Repair.

 

Q: What is your favorite car make and model?

A: There are a lot of cars I think are cool, but my favorite if probably 1932 Ford three-window Coupe.

 

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: I enjoy the satisfaction of solving a difficult problem. I also get to meet and help a lot of great people.

 

Q: Have you always wanted to work with automobiles? Why or why not? 

A:By the time I was 16 I knew I was going to be a mechanic.

 

Q: What is your favorite memory working with automobiles?

A: When I was young I raced stock cars and had a lot of fun working on my car.

 

Q: Where did you grow up?

A: Freeborn

 

Q: What are your hobbies?

A: Work uses up my hobby time except once a year when I do the Warrior Dash Obstacle Run.

 

Q: What is your favorite food?

A: Prime rib

 

Q: What is your favorite movie?

A: “300”

 

Q: What is one interesting fact about you?

A: I have an awesome wife, Barb, and three great kids: Bryce, Sydney and Tommy.
