1 arrested for violation

Albert Lea police arrested Felipe Julian Carrizales, 21, at 10:04 p.m. Monday at 1415 Frank Ave for a gross misdemeanor order for protection violation.

 

Theft by frauds reported

Fraud was reported on a UPS account at 9:48 a.m. Monday at 2610 Y.H. Hanson Ave. Someone was reportedly using an account to send fraudulent checks to make purchases off of Craigslist nationwide. UPS will reportedly cover the approximately $4,100 in fraudulent charges.

Several fraudulent charges were reported on an account at 11:09 a.m. Monday at 418 Wedgewood Road.
