According to court complaints, Conner allegedly molested a boy and a girl over a period of two years from 2011 to 2013. The victims and their mother reported the abuse to police.

Conner allegedly repeatedly touched the girl numerous times, according to the report.

During the investigation, police found a third victim from early 2013. That victim told police Conner allegedly touched her private areas. Conner allegedly told the victim not to tell anyone or he would wash her mouth out with soap, according to a report. The third victim also told police she saw Conner molesting one of the other victims several times.

Another case was also brought against him with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under 13 years of age and second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 13 years of age, but those charges were dismissed.
