The United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development and Minnesota Housing will host two realtor training sessions in southeastern Minnesota on single family housing financing opportunities that are available. Continuing education credit will be available to course participants. Minnesota Housing and USDA Rural Development both have significant funding available for low-and moderate-income households to obtain affordable home mortgages.

The meetings are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 27 at Owatonna Public Library, and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the community room at St. Charles City Hall in St. Charles.

Seating will be limited, so reservations are recommended at SE.MN.USDA.Housing@mn.usda.gov.
