No. 2 Pencil by Brittany Voigt

Albert Lea Area Schools would like to invite you to share your thoughts about our schools. We want to know what you think we do well and where we can improve by answering a series of three open-ended questions. You may have been invited already via email, but if not you can register here http://albertlea.k12.mn.thoughtexchange.com/invitation. This process reviews and helps prioritize the thoughts that are

most important to you. During the first step everyone shares their thoughts and ideas by answering questions. In step two everyone sees each other’s thoughts and adds stars to the ideas they think are important. In the final step, we will share the results with our district community. We are doing this to get a sense of the shared values and priorities of our school and our community. Please note that while we share your thoughts, your identity is never publicly linked to those thoughts. Comments that are rude or hurtful to a person or group of people will be removed. Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your thoughts about Albert Lea Area Schools. Your participation in this process empowers you to help guide the direction of District 241. Help us continue to be a school that aims to equip learners of all ages to think, to achieve and care.
