During Lent, the students of St. Casimir’s School in Wells focused on the spiritual and corporal works of mercy, one of which is bury the dead. To aid the students in understanding how mercy is involved in the process of burial, students toured Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells. Owner Sue Nasinec gave the students and teachers Cindy Bixby and Beth Emerson a tour and explained ways in which mercy is part of her job. – Provided
