2 arrested for drunken driving
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Valentino Torres, 27, for third-degree driving while intoxicated, no Minnesota driver’s license, no proof of insurance and reckless driving at 2:42 a.m. today on Main Street, near Newton Avenue.
Deputies arrested Matthew David Madrigal, 27, for fourth-degree DWI and third-degree test refusal at 2:46 a.m. today at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and West Main Street.
Engagement ring stolen
An engagement ring was reported stolen at 10:52 a.m. Friday at 25581 885th Ave., south of Hickory Lake.

on warrant
Deputies arrested Tosha Lynn Tauer, 33, on a Mower County warrant at 9:11 p.m. Saturday at CJ’s Revenge Theatre, 204 Main St. in Myrtle.
Bullet holes found in car
Several bullet holes were reported found in a vehicle that had caused lots of damage at 9:17 p.m. Friday at Wayne’s Repair, 1010 Park St. in Freeborn. The damage was reportedly discovered by an employee.
Forced entry reported at Lutheran church
Forced entry was reported at 6:02 a.m. Sunday at Round Prairie Lutheran Church, 12881 757th Ave., outside Glenville.
