Man arrested after reportedly pulling out a loaded shotgun

Albert Lea police arrested Todd Allen Seeley, 61, for second-degree assault, misdemeanor domestic assault and threats of violence at 10:17 p.m. Thursday at 214 S. First Ave. Seeley, who was reportedly intoxicated at the time of the incident, was arrested after reportedly pulling a loaded shotgun on another man.

 

Criminal damage to property reported

A four-wheeler was reported upside down at 7:05 a.m. Thursday at 69525 305th St., outside Hartland.

 

House damaged

A garage door was reported partially open and windows broken out at 8:04 p.m. Thursday at 501 E. Eighth St.

 

5 arrested on warrants

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Richard Allen Morgan, 64, on a local warrant for violating conditions of release at 10:31 a.m. Thursday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

Albert Lea police arrested Keith Richard Rogge, 34, on a local warrant at 9:09 a.m. Thursday at 121 1/2 Broadway Ave.

Police arrested Joel Rodriguez, 23, on a local warrant for providing false information and domestic assault at 2:16 p.m. Thursday at 527 Alice Ave.

Police arrested Abby Lee Tripp, 34, on a Department of Corrections warrant at 4:35 p.m. Thursday at 408 Broadway Ave.

Police arrested David August Reisewitz, 37, on a warrant at 10:05 p.m. Thursday at 713 Minnesota Ave.
