Pearl Schirmer

Pearl Viola Schirmer, 91, of Wells died Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Parkview Care Center in Wells. A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wells. Visitation will be one half hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Rosehill Cemetery in Wells. Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Roger Marpe

Roger D. Marpe, 86, of rural Northwood died Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center North Iowa in Mason City. A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Emmons Lutheran Church in Emmons. Burial will take place in Oak Lawn Cemetery in rural Emmons. Military honors will be conducted by American Legion Louis/Tveite Post No. 317. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
