There are angels among us.

I would like to thank you two very special young ladies. Their names are Marissa and Christina.

On Tuesday, I picked up my daughter, who is in a leg brace and on crutches, to go to lunch.

As we were going in, I stubbed my toe on the curb and I fell on my face. I was bleeding and I couldn’t get up. Obviously, my daughter couldn’t help me.

The two ladies I mentioned physically lifted me to my feet. I am not tiny. They wanted to be sure I was OK.

We were going to Jake’s Pizza when I fell on the sidewalk just in front of it. One of the ladies went in with me, to the restroom, so I could wash away the blood. She was not concerned with the blood that got on her as she picked me up. She just wanted to see that I was all right.

So, this is a special thank you to two very special angels.
