Police cited Nyalani Biel Jal, 24, for disorderly conduct at 2:06 a.m. Sunday at The Nasty Habit. Jal was cited after reportedly urinating in public in front of a crowd and officers.

A 1999 silver Honda Civic was reported stolen at 8:01 a.m. Sunday at 429 St. Thomas Ave.

A 1997 Honda Accord was reported stolen at 10:17 a.m. Sunday at 1408 Marie Ave. The vehicle was reportedly located in Ramsey County.

A water trampoline was reported stolen at 2:58 p.m. Sunday at 1 Fountain Lake. The incident reportedly occurred Saturday night.

A wallet was reported stolen at 11:47 a.m. Sunday at The Nasty Habit. The wallet was reportedly stolen last Tuesday.
