Nominations are sought for outstanding senior citizens

The Freeborn County Fair is accepting nominations for one man and one woman that are at with outstanding community involvement. Those chosen will be
honored at the Freeborn County Fair August 3. Nominees must be a current resident of Freeborn County who will be at least 70 years old by June 1. Judging will be based on contributions made to their community after age 65.
People wishing to make nominations can obtain official nomination forms from the Senior Resources of Freeborn County at 314 S. Broadway Ave. in Albert Lea, or at the Freeborn County Fair office on the fairgrounds.
Nomination forms must be submitted to the Freeborn County Fair Office, ATTN: OSC, Box 128, Albert Lea, MN 56007. The deadline for Outstanding Senior Citizen of Freeborn County nominations is July 15.
