According to court documents, Radjenovich allegedly sexually abused a girl from 2006 to 2014 in Clarks Grove. The abuse reportedly involved sexual penetration and contact.

Freeborn County Attorney Craig Nelson argued conditional bail should be set at $50,000.

Radjenovich’s lawyer, Kevin DeVore of St. Paul, claimed Radjenovich was not a flight risk and has no criminal record.

DeVore said Radjenovich planned to move back to Minnesota soon and owned property in Freeborn County.

District Court Judge Steven Schwab set conditional bail at $50,000, noting the seriousness of the alleged offenses and Radjenovich’s current out of state address.

His next court appearance is scheduled for July 21.

First-degree criminal sexual conduct carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and a $40,000 fine. Second-degree criminal sexual conduct carries a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison and a $35,000 fine. Third-degree criminal sexual conduct carries a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine.
