The exterior of a house was reported damaged from a fire at 11:52 a.m. Monday at 118 N. Fourth Ave. No interior damage was reported.

Albert Lea police arrested Alfred Cantu Mata, 60, for third-degree assault at 9:45 p.m. Saturday at 928 W. Front St.

 

3 arrested for disorderly conduct

Police arrested Seth Jordan Bakke, 30, for disorderly conduct, obstruct with force and terroristic threats at 2:30 a.m. Saturday at 142 N. Broadway.

Police arrested Derek Allan Trca, 36, for disorderly conduct at 1:03 a.m. Sunday at Nasty Habit bar.

Police arrested Eric Jeffrey Staben, 30, for disorderly conduct at 3:56 a.m. today at 613 E. Eighth St.

Police arrested Matthew David Block, 33, for false info and local warrants at 10:57 a.m. Friday at 1215 W. Clark St.

Police arrested Cheyenne Debra Goodhart, 20, on a local warrant at 10:31 a.m. Sunday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

 

1 arrested on violation

Police arrested Jocelyn Leslie Pater, 18, on an apprehension and detention order at 4:38 p.m. Monday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center. Pater was arrested after a probation violation was reported.

 

1 cited for marijuana violation

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Kristian Lee Sundve, 21, for having more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle and drug paraphernalia at 11:50 p.m. Monday at 101 N. Independence Ave. in Clarks Grove.

 

Theft by fraud reported

Theft by fraud was reported at 9:26 a.m. Friday at Leland Realty Inc., 305 S. First Ave. The incident reportedly involved a $76,000 wire transfer.

Possible identity theft was reported at 11:57 a.m. Friday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center. The reporting person wanted to speak with an officer.
