No injuries were reported; the house was unoccupied at the time of the fire.

Minimal smoke and water damage was sustained to the living area of the address, but the house needs to be thoroughly cleaned before it is occupied again, according to Glassel.

Online land records list Debra Nasby as the primary taxpayer of the address.

Fire crews were reportedly on scene until shortly before 11:30 a.m.

Damage is estimated at $20,000.

The fire is under investigation. Look to the Tribune for more information as it becomes available.
