1 arrested for drug possession

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jamey Wayne Anderson for felony drug possession, fifth-degree drug possession, small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 7:39 p.m. Thursday at 100 N.E. First Ave., in Clarks Grove. Anderson was arrested after a drug deal was reported.

Anderson was not charged in the incident.

Sexual assault reported

A sexual assault report was made at 3:15 a.m. today in Freeborn County.

 

4 arrested for violations

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Shannon Nicole Henderson, 30, on an apprehension and detention order at 3:13 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Albert Lea police arrested Jacqueline Kaye Clack, 46, on an apprehension and detention order at 11:50 a.m. Thursday at 1027 S. Newton Ave.

Police arrested Brittany Mae Walk, 27, on a harassment restraining order violation at 10:13 p.m. Thursday at 422 E. Seventh St.

Police arrested Mandolyn Lowe on a probation violation at 2:37 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.

 

2 cited for theft

Police cited Terrance Dotson Richard, 36, and Dhan Kuon Gatkek, 44, for misdemeanor theft at 5:24 p.m. Thursday at Liquor Depot. Richard and Gatkek were held for bail and trespassed from the store.

 

Violation reported

A violation of a harassment restraining order was reported at 11:06 p.m. Wednesday at 422 E. Seventh St.
