The Greene-Johnson family reunion was on Aug. 7 at the Senior Tower dining room.

There were 27 people that attended: Audrey Johnson, Elaine and Stacie Warner, Hazel Sampson and Violet Kalis, all of Albert Lea; Jo and Sonja Kalis, Dick and Darlene Aske, Allyson Gizzi and her son, Carson, all of Rochester; Sharon Kalis from Montgomery; Annette Popp-Scotti from St. Paul; Roger and Tracy Johnson from Minneapolis; LaMar and Nancy Popp and Lisa Popp from Wayzata; Lowell and Joan Johnson from Wells; Margaret Schow from Dassel; John Lowe from Austin, Texas; Stella Severson, Cindy Hoffman, and Jayne Schroeder from Omaha, Nebraska; and Jerry and Lucille Hobbs from Fairfield Glade, Indiana.

A presentation was given by LaMar Popp on the Greene-Johnson family from Sweden. Schow gave an overview of the trip to Sweden taken by Virgil Johnson, Violet Kalis, Harlin and Margaret Schow and Clara Satre in 1999.

According to a press release, food, photos and good conversations were enjoyed by all.
