After rain interrupted the match between Albert Lea and Austin girls’ tennis Aug. 23, the two schools continued their match Monday afternoon.

The Tigers pulled out the victory against the Packers, winning 4-3.

Lexus Saltou lost her first set, but came back to win two sets to one against Sarah Bachmeier, and Samantha Skarstad and Anna Boettcher also propelled themselves to victories with wins in straight sets against Emily Sayles and Katie Jensen, respectively.

Albert Lea will host Blue Earth Area today.

Start time for the match is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
