Central Lutheran Church will host a soup and dessert supper from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday. According to a press release, the event will feature wild rice, chili, potato and chicken noodle soups and gluten free soup, bread and dessert.

The cost of the event is $9 for adults, $4 for children 6 to 12, and children 5 and under are free. Proceeds from the event will benefit Jessie Anderson, a seminary student from the congregation, and Semcac. Supplemental funds will be provided by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
